★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Placed an online order to be ready at a specific time and was prepaid for. However, arriving in store to collect and they claim to never have received it. Had to wait about another 30min after original pick up time to receive it. Man on the counter didnt acknowledge multiple people waiting in line while making milkshakes. No apologies either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We dined in and ordered the fush and chips meal, the bbq chicken bacon backfire burger, chips and a thick shake. They gave us the wrong thick shake flavour, the fish burger had 3 tiny over cooked pieces, the buns were burnt but the worst part was the chips were cold. I have had the fish burger at another branch and it had much bigger pieces and were cooked well. We love the burgers and chips at BF but we'll probably go to a different branch for our next meal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was terrible. Just fake, like they're forcing it and couldn't care less. Made another man's order, who ordered the same burger as me 5 mins after me, and received it 5 mins before I got mine. Also took 25 mins for a single burger, and was only 2 people in the store including me. Sure, if it's busy I can handle that, but this was not busy in the slightest.
The only thing that earned them a star was the burger was delicious once I finally got it. Premium price should be premium service too guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got a really nice burger for my lunch , it was the beef bacon burger with onion rings. The lady who made it done a really good job and it looked too good to eat ... friendly staff & I would highly recommend this place.
The thick shake was really good as well.
