★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought this scooter right the day the covid -19 lockdown level 4 was announced. With delayed delivery service in everything, I was worried that I wouldnt get the scooter soon enough ( I live uphill so its very helpful for carying stuffs from grocery shopping). However, the shop manager personally delivered it to me right away after my payment and it made me so happy. I also called him for the scooter advice after researching around and he was very helpful. It was indeed very good service, fast and straightforward.

The bikes are fantastic and Luke was always friendly, helpful and offered professional advice in person and over the phone. It might look a small business in size, but with big service it is easy to recommend checking out Black Sheep Trading to others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Edit: I did come in with the spare tyre hoping you could help as we don't know scooters well enough to confidentially do it ourselves. I asked my partner if he was confident to do it and he wasn't but just said he could watch some YouTube videos. We've managed to get the old tyre off the rim and half put the new tyre on but it's really hard and we're hoping that we haven't busted the new rim. My partner has no problem with you guys but I'm picky and in desperate need for this scooter before Tuesday so I'm also a bit moody. Will still attempt to get the rest of the new tyre back on the rim but if not, well looks like I'm biking.
Ok I'm just done! You go to a repair shop to get your bike/scooter repaired and then get told "are you guys going to go home and do it" when we had clearly come to black sheep for THEIR help. Have no idea how to safely replace the scooters tyre without damaging the new tube. Second time BST hasn't been bothered helping us and I'm angry because now I may have to get a whole new tube and pay a limb or two for somebody else just to put the tyre back on the rim.

I have purchased 2 scooters from this store now. I had one that I got but found that it was not suited for me. They team helped me to get the right one to suit me and now I'm very happy with my scooter and so is my son.
When you visit the store you will be served by Dale and what an awesome guy! Very friendly chap and is always happy to help you.
In regards to availability of scooters is not great and would recommend some improvements of keeping stock at more acceptable levels. With the website needs lots of work and more mobile friendly is a need.
Otherwise I have told all my friends about this store and recommend going to this store for your e-scooter needs and the best prices for E-bikes too!
