β β β β β Staff didn't ask for vaccine pass on arrival, all food was being made with no gloves on at all, didn't see anyone using hand sanatiser in the kitchen. Burger was so sloppy I was drinking sauce off the container. Only reason for the 1 star was the Kumara fries, wouldn't go back.

β β β β β Excellent vege Burger , service was very quick. Arshdeep -the crew member was very polite, help us to make our customised burger, very professional, need more staff like her. Place was nice and tidy too.

β β β β β Of course the burgers are the absolute business, but the staff have been top notch every time I've been too. They are friendly but still polite, and they even say "thank you" when they see you putting your rubbish in the bin then "goodbye" when you leave. Little things like this make a massive difference in having a good experience. Well done BF, you have nailed good customer service!

β β β β β I really wanted to enjoy the experience, but sadly enough it was a first and probably the last time. The burger was alright, nothing really shouted out to me. The beef patty was done on point but that's about it. The kumara fries were over salted and for some reason, really oily. I don't think that was intended but that spoilt the experience for me. I didn't even taste any hint of truffle in the 'truffle mascarpone'. What was the pushing factor for the 2 star rating was that the onion rings cost me $2.50 for 3 of it on the burger itself. 3 onion rings for $2.50... Come on.

β β β β β I made a mistake in my order and these guys were kind enough to give me a free burger, even though it was totally my fault! Great service and really good burgers ? Worth a stop if you're driving through Timaru.

β β β β β Great service with a smile, got an apology for the wait - which really wasn't needed and the wait wasn't very long at all. I'm paying for a great burger and I don't want it to take 30 seconds to make.
It was a great burger, easily one of the best in the past year. Great taste, nothing dry or sloppy. Chicken bites were very tasty, light heat on them and still crispy and tender.
