★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheese burger looked as though they'd been squeezed in a vice or run over in the car park. Sundaes had as much sauce on the outside as inside. Obviously no competition in Timaru.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If negative stars was an option this Macdonalds would have them. the staff behavior was disgraceful with yelling pushing swearing etc. Chips had hair and didn't look like chips. The place was filthy food all over the floor and rubbish everywhere. On top of all this the cheeseburgers didn't have gherkens. Disgusting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience today . Ordered at the machine for takeaway and waited for 5mins, no order number called out. Went to the till. The lady at the counter said wait a bit longer, waited another 5mins no order received the short lady at the counter said wait for it upon asking how long it will take, she rudely replied I have no idea. Waited for 2 minutes and went back at the counter, another lady was at the counter, I demanded a refund since I had to return to Christchurch. The lady apologised and quickly packed my order and gave it to me. She said the nuggets and fries was already ready 15mins ago. Giving 1star is being generous, horrible place to go to for quick takeaways in Timaru

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Through drive-through this evening approx 6.45pm, person taking orders sounded in a hurry, trying to rush us through despiteno vehicles in front or behind us. At pickup window, drinks were both low, I asked them to be filled up. Returned to us, with more drink in, staff member was rude with no verbal contact delivery. No serviettes in either of the 2 bags of food. Other McDonalds give serviettes and are polite with any conversing regardless of how busy they are. Come on Timaru, get it together, especially when not busy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friday evening and the team are getting slammed. Drive through is backed up but the team appear to be working efficiently to get orders done. Orders not always correct but they are getting them out there. The shift manager yelling at the team like a banshee is not going to get them to work faster.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible, when the order was ready the girl at the front counter was yelling like a crazy person. First was missing a drink with the happy meal, had to go back and ask, second was missing the Chicken McChesse burger.. went back to ask. This is what I got.. not fresh it looked terrible like they took it out of a rubbish bin. So I threw it away.. Chips were cold, just not nice at all. Poor front of house girl doing the tables she was nice, shame the rest of the staff are not like her!
