So, both parties were satisfied with the agreement. Especially, she helped me to find some professional builder / electrician / plumbers etc and she communitcated with them to bring the best and fast outcome. These efforts made me to save my time and no hassles to talk and decide some difficult issue as I did not have professional knowlege for those issues.
