★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst shop for fishing gear. Their stock system is absolutely rubbish, always says items are in stock then you get to store and they aren't in stock. Tried calling multiple times, nobody picks up the phone so you can't even ask them before turning up if they have what you want. Bait always looks old and mangled. Can't believe I went back again only to have the same bad experience. Never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very rude old guy works here. I’m never shopping here again. The guy needs customer service training especially when rudely speaking to me in front of other customers.
I briefly pulled my mask down to answer a call. And I was ambushed by this wannabe COVID 19 policeman.
I’m triple vaxed and he’s scared I’m going to spread the plague around the shop by answering a phone call. Yet I can go to a restaurant and eat, drink and talk without a mask and without being rudely spoken too.
Here’s how you should’ve spoken to me: Excuse me sir! Hi! Do you mind taking that phone call outside because of our shop policies. We appreciate that. Thank you! Oh you shop here regularly…didn’t notice you behind the mask! Thank you for your loyalty but please take the phone call outside.
Me: Sure!
PS. If you’re worried you will catch COVID 19 and you’re in the age category that makes you more susceptible to catching it then don’t work in retail or any job that requires customers entering your shop
