★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If Sarah Benjamin is talking about the rude gentleman at the Mt Wellington store, then she is not wrong. I did not shop at the store and after today's experience, I don't think I ever will. The store shares their carpark with Baby City and I parked there because I needed to get baby supplies which I had every right to do so. My mum went to the grocery store which she has every right too. When we were done, we were met by the gentleman and a woman from House of Beds getting ready to lock up their store to leave. Minding our own business while putting the baby in the car and packing our shopping, the gentleman pushed the trolley away and if it wasn't for my mum stopping it in time, it would've hit the bumper of my car. The man and the woman had the most rudest look on their faces and while getting ready to go into the car, the woman commented "this is not the grocery car park" I replied I went to Baby City. Which again, I had every right. I decided to ring the company to lay a complain because that was just plain rude to assume we were just utilising the car park. The company was very helpful and apologetic. They will follow up on this and I really hope they do. If you want to have your day ruined, please go to this store.

What's the difference between a $1,000 mattress and $15,000 mattress anyway? Can a bed really be that good?

I've started my research in regards to different types of mattresses- if spring, memory foam or latex, different stages of the firmness of the it and then there are soooo many different prices...
I got recommendations and experiences from close friends but are these the right ones for me too? Let me say honestly I was kinda lost! I went to 4 different places as I planned not to buy another mattress for a couple of years- so I wanted a good quality. Helen took her time,explained me the differences and let me test the different kinds without making me feeling stupid. I found quite easily my favorite ? the amazing price was then a nice point on top of it,so it was a non-brainer not to order! Keep on the amazing customer service you're providing Helen- you definitely made my day !!! ??
