The staff contacted Fynspray for me, sent through photos of the breakage and then contacted me (within the day) to say they could replace the tap for me for free (as it was a fault), I just had to bring the broken one in.
I just thought this was incredible customer service, and now would 100% purchase all my campervan items from them in the future.
Thanks Brunsco and Fynspray (White Star!) - this was above and beyond.

I walked around the entire shop and walked out again. I would not rate the selection of products very highly or the service. Won't bother going back.
