★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It appears to me that Nathan has set out to make this business one of the very best. I see reviews here where people have been looking for what I would call a "soft" warrant - this is not the place to come for that, they will give your car a very thorough going over. Someone will be working Saturday mornings very early, and they will not put in second hand or parts that are not recommended for your car even if you ask them to, they seem very keen to only have the highest standards of work. I used to slowly run my vehicles into the ground and since I have met these guys I get all the services and know that I have invested well in my car. I have spent a lot of money there considering what I make and Nathan treated me so well last time, he needed to speak to me about a job that had ballooned out a wee bit, I was a little worried when I went in to speak to him but came out feeling like I had had some of the best service I've ever had in my life. They had had to separate very seized up parts and I realised I was lucky they hadn't given up on the job. He really put in 20 minutes of showing me what they had had to do and I thought wow he is really a top bloke. Their office processes are still evolving but seem to be getting better at returning emails and texts with time. They are now incredibly busy so many other people seem to feel the same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are opportunist. Their pricing is ridiculous. They were gonna sell a hybrid battery to me for up to a thousand dollars. But I ended up getting the same battery from somewhere else for less than $500 Never gonna go near them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been using Nathan and the boys for a number of years. Over this time I have had pretty much most things done to my vehicles and have always been very happy and very well looked after.
They get to the root of even the more difficult problems quickly and efficiently and always contact regarding extra work needed or unexpected costs. I also know that when I get a WOF its a thorough check and my car is safe for myself and my family.
I trust and recommend Nathan and Burnside motors to all my friends and family and go nowhere else for my vehicle needs.
