★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Useless, paid for my blue sticker on the 23rd December. They said I would receive an email within the week and blue sticker with 3 weeks.
It’s now March and I haven’t got anything from them I have called up every second week all I get but a person saying they will sort it. Clearly haven’t. Would not recommend.

Sarah deserves 5 stars, but I didn’t give RV Super Centre 5 stars because I was a bit unhappy about my experience at another of their outlets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was having issues with the gas component on my 3 way Thetford fridge. After three previous attempts with 'authorised agents' which ranged from apathy to downright rudeness, it was with some trepidation that I drove into the Christchurch RV Super Centre. Ran into Corey as soon as I hopped out of the van. Not only was he polite and helpful, he actually knew what he was talking about. My fridge is now fixed and working better than it ever has. Best service ever. On another day, was parked on the side of the road elsewhere in Chch, when Corey happened to drive past. He felt compelled to stop to check up that the fridge all ok. That is service, folks!

I dealt with Sarah and her knowledge, willingness to share and finding solutions for all my questions was beyond the call of duty. I was dealing with her from Tauranga so some logistical problems there but she got it done. Thank you very much RV Super Centre and Sarah.

On our first visit to RV Super Centre we met Andrew and right from the beginning he has given us invaluable practical advice and guided us. He has excellent product knowledge and is always on hand when we are trying to work something out. He has also been able to source products very quickly. Melinda is a thoroughly professional person and its quite evident that she enjoys her job. She was totally reliable, honest, did exactly what she said she would do and more. This made the whole transaction easy for me as I am a newbie to the RV world. She is an asset to her job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was greeted with very friendly staff. Explained problem with satellite signal solved by Paul within 30 minutes was pleasantly surprised by cost.
Showroom at must so many interesting ideas so consequently spent more than the repair cost.
Not to forget the coffee machine made great coffee.
Well done RVSuper Centre a good experience.
