★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just wow! My wife got me a buro office chair several years ago for a birthday, and it's been the best office chair I've ever owned.
However, because of my size, it's recently started giving a bit around where the lift cylinder fits into the mechanism at the bottom of the chair. So I called Buro this morning wanting to inquire into BUYING a replacement mechanism and then had a few emails back and forth about the problem.
I've just received an email letting me know that they're sending me a whole new mechanism and cylinder free of charge.
I'm absolutely blown away! The guys take care of their customers, so I can guarantee when I eventually need to buy another chair they will be the first point of call.

Spoke to a really helpful man there who told me the model I wanted was still current and that I could assemble myself easily. Very very helpful. Great customer service. Highly recommend.
