★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buying a lounge suite online without a test drive was terrifying but since we live rural it was my easiest option. I'm really stoked with our super comfy modular sofa suite. It's so versatile and fits perfectly in our TV lounge. I was so impressed with fast delivery bought sofa on Monday and was delivered Thursday morning (rural central North Island)Great communication from delivery staff and excellent service. Comfy sofa at a good price ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a Sofa at ifurniture, which arrived today. The assembly instruction sheet was not there. But when I contacted the customer service, Zia the customer service representative whom I dealt with was very helpful. They were quick to respond, communicated well and attended to the matter promptly and sent me the instruction sheet within a short time. Great service! Thanks Zia!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thrilled with my curtains. iFurniture did a beautiful job custom making curtains, sheers, roman blinds and roller blinds for my 3 bedroom house. They had a wide range of fabric to choose from and did a great job making them to order and installing them. The quality of the curtains and the workmanship far outweights the cost. I would recommend them to everyone if you are looking for custom curtains.

I have upgraded to 3 stars, because at the store in Onehunga, we were helped by an awesome guy called Hugh who was so understanding. Not sure if it was his efforts or our continuous complaints over the phone that did the trick. The legs got fixed by another nice man David. Tempted to make it 4 or 5 stars, but nah the stress over the last few days was not good

The couch was delivered on time , but no legs and no holes for the legs either. We rang customer service and raised a ticket . We were advised that the legs can be collected from the Warehouse, but we have to take the couch back to get the holes drilled at our costs. So if you are trying to save some money by buying from ifurniture, please don't, it is not worth it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give them zero stars if I could and I would suggest if you really value your peace of mind and your precious time and money, avoid this company and their furniture. We ordered an outdoor L shape setting which was fine however the indoor L shape couch came with 2 cushions missing. We contacted iFurniture and they originally told us they had no more stock left so our only option was to pick up the cushions off of their demo unit which we refused. They then offered us $100 and free pot plants which we again refused. We paid for and wanted a brand new couch or a refund. Every time I called or used their online chat service I got someone new who knew nothing about our case and would then tell me my request was being escalated and then I would hear nothing from them. One lady told me that a refund would be organized and then I heard nothing for a few days. The last lady I talked to on the phone was incredibly rude and said that they would not arrange a refund, the demo cushions had been sent out to us (without our agreement or compensation) and the case had been closed. We had no other option but to lodge a complaint with the disputes tribunal, the court hearing for it is coming up soon. If you want to be treated with dignity and respect and want proper customer service then do not buy from this company. Choose a local reputable company that values your business and will always be there to address your concerns. Unfortunately we learnt our lesson the hard way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got three green velvet couches from iFurniture. I really like them. Better quality than I expected because I got a very good deal (some sale post Lockdown). The legs seem very strong. All you do is screw them in with screws (they're not twist on) and the sides and back hook onto metal attachments. It's pretty easy to assemble them with an electric screwdriver. When the boxes arrived I thought they looked too small but the packaging is actually super clever. Under the couch base is a hollow compartment the cushion backs, legs, one of the sides etc is stored inside. Then around it is packed another side and the back. So the box it comes in is easy to store if you're renovating like we were. Everyone has complimented our couches. The colour is so pretty.

10/06/2022 Zia was very helpful and tried hard to resolve the mistake that I made on the order. I am a returning customer of ifurniture. Zia's service has been the best in comparison to the previous reps. She made sure that I could contact her again on the following day so I didn't need to repeat myself with a new rep. Thank you Zia!

11/06/2022 Update on my experience with Zia in resolving the mistake I made with online order: the invoice was updated with the correct items and an new invoice has been issued to me. Now am looking forward to receiving the new bed frames.

The attached photos are the dinning table set and a bar & stool set I purchased a few months ago from ifurniture. The value for money of those items are exceptional. I couldn't find those items from any other furniture stores. There was a part missing from one of the bar stools. But it was sent to me very quickly after contacting the customer service. I am very happy with how smart they look in this modern apartment.
