★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spoke to someone called Bobbi. Replied immediately. Great . However first greeting was sorry I am in a rush as I am going into a meeting.
Every sentence was , well first off... we would have to .. Like it was such an effort. Lady are you making them yourself? I found her unhelpful Judgey and rude. Not a nice welcome to C&R industries, We have a variety of formulations that we would like formulated not ingredients have butters and if I am paying to get the formula right no matter how long it takes then how is it a problem . I am the one paying. Did not get the chance to discuss in detail anyway . It all was so rushed and impersonal. Definitely will not be interested in putting time and effort with this company. I got off the call real fast- You are not the only company around town . What a cold call :(
