★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had photorejuvenation therapy And Cinzia is an Amazing beauty therapist, very knowledgeable and kind and you feel very confident when being treated by her. I highly recommend Caci pt Chev especially for specialised procedures because you'll be in the hands of truly skilled therapists. With so many beauty shops around that offer similar services, it's nice to know that you will not be mucked around here and offered just sold any service , they will recommend exactly what you need. Thanks girls!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a consultation with the Clinic Manager/ Treatment Co-Ordinator Haley to talk about what I wanted done and she worked out a payment plan with me. I had my first session with no problems but when I turned up for my second session I was told that the plan did not cover what I thought I had paid for and further more my forehead had been treated the first time but they had done this by taking out some of the units I had been allocated. Obviously unhappy about that. Caci's remedy was to tell me that they would gift me the units used in my first appointment but that if I wanted that done again I would have to stump up even more money. I was told that it was a mis-communication but I felt like I was made to feel like the mis-communication was on my part. As I said to them, they are the experts I have absolutely no idea how many units would be required to treat my face for a year. Very disappointing, would NOT recommend them.
