★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely fresh Turkish food. The only disappointment was that the 'grilled haloumi' cheese in my Veg Salad was not grilled at all. Addition of eggplant was nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Generous serving for the lamb salad, it was ok quality, I've had much better and I've had much worse. But it's the better of the two Turkish places in BBay. Had to wait an hour for the food when ordering online... ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow what an amazing place! First time in the staff Greeted me with a welcoming G'day. Unfortunately I'm gluten free (celiac) However this wasn't a problem as they had a few different opinions. The Kebab came out before I could sit down, To say the service was outstanding is an understatement. My first bite left me wondering if I should get up & order a second (the portion to price was definitely correct) it was absolutely delicious. This little store almost hidden away beat my expectation right out of the ball park, I will promise you one thing I will definitely be returning for more...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paper that they used in wrapping instead of foil we’re stuck inside the kebab and got wet so its so hard to remove. Meat taste burnt and bitter and their baklava is the driest baklava I have tried in my entire life! What a waste of money

We Drove to pick it up, got home and the kebab wrap was falling apart due to it being old and gross, plus they had over sauced and wrapped paper into the rest of the wrap and so I had soggy paper thru my wrap plus the rest flaking off rendering it a soggy unholdable mess. When we drove all the way back to request a refund the staff were rude and flatly denied it. Didn’t offer an apology for the inconvenience. this is the second time in a row we have had less than satisfactory food from Anatolia. Back in 2016 they were good but haven’t had much good from them since:

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great food, fresh, flavoursome, very far removed from a greasy late night kebab shop. Healthy, high protein, low fat, low carb options. But... Service appalling. Orderd on line three times for ASAP service. Arrived 15 mins after ordering to wait from 30 more mins to an hour. Shame to get so much right but just not able to deliver.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reluctantly leaving this feedback but do believe it needs to be addressed. The food is good on par with most kebab shops, the price is getting up there, however. The main issue here is the service, it has been fair-poor the last three times I have been here. Someone needs to address this matter as it is letting down the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appalling service. First time customers but heard the food was good from my daughter. Arrived, staff member said hello then left us waiting at the till while she cleaned a sink. Presented us with bag of order, got home, 1 item wrong, phoned up to let them know, I agreed to go back down to pick up. Returned incorrect item, she then proceeded to tell me I ordered wrong and begrudgingly told me she would make another. Staff member the whole time showed little if any customer service. She also refused to admit any mistake or apologise. Won’t be returning.
