★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Best in this Area !! My new local favourite for Penrose. This is a cafe, a tea rooms, a lunch bar and a truck stop all rolled into one.
Great well stocked cabinet selection plus a ‘real blokes’ wall menu or ready to go hot service.
Heaps of parking available and the ladies on the counter are awesome always friendly. Big tables available if you want to meet workmates or have an off site meeting
Coffee is ok, but I come to eat !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a bunch of rip offs....you wonder why people steal from here (see pic)....Ham and Egg sandwich $4.40 1 thin sliced piece of ham folded to look like two pieces, egg was dry and not even buttered for what they charge. Bottled water you get from countdown in a 12 pack they sell for $2.50... go figure. There's a variety of food they sell and way overpriced. You get more bargain at a bakery in Remuera.

Food and drink well over priced and the quality is terrible. $5.20 for a 600ml bottle of Coke! Pie dry and crusty and sandwich was soggy.
Much better quality and priced places in the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly and great service. Lady at counter got fresh chips made which was amazing but pie was over priced based on the quality. A lot of the food in the cabinets seem old. The pie I ate was dry and disappointing. Seemed like it had been there for a while.
