Each time I go here it feels the cakes and sweets are stale. The counter people are unfriendly and look at you as if you are another problem!! Not friendly, no smile. Being in centre of the mall I am sure they could be more up market!!!
The customers I sat beside also complained their cake was dry and icing tasted funny!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good coffee on the run. Got a latte without too much wait time. If you want a proper dining in experience, head to Casablancas or Columbus coffee while you're at Sylvia Park for equally good coffees and food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. Staff were not helpful. I order one coffee and one Mocha Iced Frappe but they have given me hot mocha. When I told them their mistake they said we don't have Iced one that's is no courtesy to tell sorry or replaced. Other coffee they given me in takeaway cup while I have specifically told them to have there when I asked they said we don't have small cup that's why we have given you in takeaway cup. So ridiculous.Never recommend anyone or visit again.
