★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place was very disappointing. Incorrect pricing on the board.We waited too long for our food, and when we did get our food it was cold. While we were waiting for our food, the staff made a lot of errors with people orders- people were not impressed by the service given.
TIP:Go somewhere else

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service the lady was really nice however i was in line waiting to pay when the other lady serving took the next persons order and then got them to pay before i did which i thought was rude as i had been standing there clearly waiting to pay (with my card in my hand which i thought was a clear indication that i still had to pay but obviously not). We got chips ($3.50) and a toastie ($5.00) pancakes ($15.00) and Nachos ($16.50) and a Milkshake ($5.00).
First things first the chips were terrible and so rubbery and cold, i wouldn't get them myself as just looking at them you could tell they had been there all day, eating one of them confirmed that. Next the nachos very bland had no flavour like you would expect from nachos. I didn't mind the nacho chips but the mince was not good at all, so what im saying is the one thing i liked about them would of been from a packet. But its not all bad the pancakes and the toastie were really good i was told so there are some positives also the milkshake was really good nice and cold and lots of favouring syrup. Would not go again however.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The great reviews brought us here and glad we waited. Just the right distance from Chc but the crew were getting a bit hangery since they flew in from AKL without breakfast!
Nice place, lots and lots of cabinet food, nice, enthusiastic service. Put this in your Google and get to Tinwald!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good selection of homemade pastry/fudge/pies. Had the apple fritter and the blueberry muffin. Both very nice!! Also a flat white which was nice as well. Good toilets for the convenience available.
