Really enjoyed the nice food...Had poached eggs on toast.There were sparrows flying around inside that were a bit of a worry. They were eating food off inside tables and pooing around them. Maybe put a fly screen up at the door to keep them out. Will be back

Opens at 7.30 Not 8.30 as stated on here and has done for the last 10 years ... jez! Polite friendly lovely staff, coffee to die for in a mug wow and French toast, maple syrup n bacon yum yum ... glad I came here! Beautiful a must visit

Cafe decor quite dated, but very friendly staff made us feel welcome. Good service, we had the prawn and avo salad which was delicious. Thank you.

I ordered eggs benedict and the first time ive come across a cafe that served hard eggs. It wasn't nice sorry Thank you for your response. I should of said something back when I ate 3 weeks ago. I appreciate you taking the time to rectify the situation

Things have changed at Zest. It used to be my go to, and I still love the coffee to go, but the food is not to the standard it used to be. It definitely lacked the flavour and presentation I experienced a few months back.

Firstly, my family and I visit Zest regularly. The Eggs Benedict were okay. The eggs were cooked maybe a little less than ideal as the white was still raw. The hollandaise was good. Unfortunately I was a little disappointed. We visited this last Saturday morning. My partner attempted to order the waffles. She was informed she could not order the advertised "build your own waffles" as the machine was turned off. Zest advertisers itself as a "waffle house". The coffee was way to hot and the milk was burnt. The food took around 45 minutes to arrive. As a qualified chef I understand that peak times at a Cafe can result in a longer wait (so long as the food is amazing). We had waitstaff deliver other patrons orders to our table three times, the hot food was then taken to surrounding tables until the orderer was located. I noticed a waitress bring food out to customers only to return to the kitchen empty handed, without clearing any dirty plates or tables. During my breakfast I watched three parties look for somewhere to sit, although due to the dirty plates and tables they chose to dine at your neighbour's establishments. I noticed two more patrons having to ask the wait staff to clear and wipe down a table so they could sit there. Later we walked back past and our plates were still there 20 minutes later. Not only that but two elderly diners were eating their meal with our dirty plates infront of them. I know that your food has a great reputation, I'm wondering maybe one of your chefs is amazing and the other could use more training. Consistency is important. We'll of course give Zest another go. We know that 99% the food and coffee is amazing. Yesterday was just a little disappointing.

What an amazing place to eat. The atmosphere was great and the food was to die for. I was a little worried when the food was taking a little while but then the owner came out and apologized for the mix up in the kitchen and gave us some complimentary cakes. I cant wait to go back again. Loved every crumb.

What an awesome meal. A friend and I went to Zest for breakfast. The meal was huge and plate licking yummy. Ok, I didn’t lick my plate, but I really wanted too. ??
