★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased 54.32 litres of 91 petrol on 12Dec16. Paid with Caltex card. Attendant added 5.7 L of Briggs and Stratton oil without asking or telling me. Once I inspected the receipt before driving off I saw what he had done. I demanded refund, and the Indian attendant said he couldn't do anything because the manager was absent. I stood my ground until he refunded me the $22.95 he had charged to my card. Not good. Attitude of the attendant told me it was a rip-off scheme, and not a genuine mistake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Witnessed the manager being really mean spirited towards a young woman that had been in a car crash outside his shop. His attitude towards her was terrible. He was only concerned about how much money he might be missing out on by all the comosion going on outside his shop. The first place to start is asking if they are hurt or need help. Being abusive is not in any way constructive with a person that's in shock. I would never recommend to give this business custom very poor to see this in New Zealand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not one item in the shop has been priced, so you will get price shock at the till. I was doubly shocked when the owner told me that I would have to pay him $5 for cleaning costs when approx 50ml of diesel fuel spilt onto the forecourt after a fill up of my light truck. He was serious and got quite shouty! That was the last straw for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grumpy man, told me off, for facing the wrong way at the pumps. I was not the Wrong way, I was in the left lane, as I drove in. Very grumpily he went on and on. Haven’t been back since although it is much closer to me than other petrol providers. I discovered that none of my neighbours go to him because of his grumpiness

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude site manager. Hired one of their trailers and got back half an hour late because the trailer was not roadworthy. He just went crazy for being a bit late. I will never go here again. I have informed trailer company and caltex management.
