★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They insist me to send all my files to them while Sydney Office can do it faster, where they have to send all document to there anyway eventually. They said they are the only office can do it for me and I found out later it is not true at all! And all those information are not available on their website. The very Indian accent person that answer my phone was so rude like I own him a million. I told him very clearly about what I was asking for in the vet beginning and it seems he doesn’t know Canada’s EE process at all and guided me to the wrong direction. For not allowing me to send files to Sydney, he even said no body can use fedex and DHL without business account for international couriers. He doesn't even have common sense. I would give him no star if I can.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in this morning and the staff weren't friendly or helpful. They probably had a rough day but I would avoid this situation if you can. No answer on phone lines and the information on the emails and web site is out of date and incorrect. Flew in from the South island and was informed I could only have the appointment they picked the time which is something to note if you to book flights. Would avoid going to the Auckland CVAC in the future
