★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor quality product. Paid extra for a smart black frame, which had big hammer marks on the front. Even the basic canvas we ordered was pulled over frame wrong so picture was all wonky. Also ordered a novelty rubicks cube for bday gift, which never arrived. When I followed it up they said their machine is broken and have no idea how long it will take. Really regret buying off these guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I did my research on this company and read the reviews before placing my order. Like everyone else. I placed my order and it had said delivery would take a week. Ummm more like 3 weeks later! Plus I was going through the website and thought this store was based in NZ. Nope I was wrong. I didn’t know this til I got the email that it was dispatching from INDIA! I picked/paid for the good stuff too. So I hope I didn’t get ripped off! Don’t know what the quality of my printing and frame would be as this was sent as a gift. But please- don’t advertise false information on your website!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally useless. If I could give zero stars I would. I thought this was an Auckland based company but the products are shipped from Indonesia. I bought this for a gift and was given a delivery date with a good buffer to get it here in plenty of time, but as I found out it's not coming from Auckland. It's now weeks late and my deadline is missed. Do not use this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wish I'd seen the reviews before ordering, this company has failed to deliver me order 4 weeks after ordering, they have however succeeded in swamping my mailbox with "deals". When questioned they sent the following
" Please note our Team resolves tickets in chronological order (from oldest to newest), and that following-up prior to hearing back from us will lead to your request being returned to the bottom of the pile and prolonged response time."

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a personalised chopping board which came two weeks too late and multiple damages and cracks. Have emailed the company and after a week replied with giving me a 20% refund. It was a gift and I'd expect way better. I am an art student and could have done it with way btter quality and look if I wasn't on holiday break. Never buying again and definitely not recommend.

Purchased from your company as all details stated you were an Auckland based company so figured more than 2 weeks was more than enough for the 4x items to get to me on time not to mention delivery date was ahead of when I needed them and would have still made it to me given the delay with deliveries at the moment. Tracked the items and they were in Singapore, delivery date has come and gone. Really angry as I was counting on these to arrive before Christmas. I understand you have no control on the delivery service and delays etc but if I had known items were coming from Singapore I would have gone elsewhere. WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM YOU AGAIN NOR WILL I RECOMMEND YOUR COMPANY

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Like others who have reviewed I am disappointed in my order. The website gives no clue that the products will travel from India, to China, to Singapore, to Australia, before finally getting to NZ -- much later than the estimated date. The bookmark image is blurry and they are not cut properly so there is an unsightly border on the left which I will have to trim by hand. The end result is something that looks too homemade to present as a professional product. The only drawcard was what seemed a great price, but after the long wait, the actual product is a huge letdown!
