The worst online shopping experience ever. READERS, PLEASE READ THE WHOLE STORY. Do not try to cheat your customers. Now we have got a group of people who had the same experience with you. I have enough them to put their comments here. What you have done is to select your customers to send the masks. We have already got the evidence that you have sent the masks to some customers but say no to others who ordered the goods roughly the same time. I have encourage the victims to share their stories on facebook and other discussion forums. Never buy from you anymore. *********************************************************** I placed an order for the masks on Saturday night and paid in full by credit card. On Tuesday, I called them to confirm the order and I was told they have run out stock due to the high demand. They would refund to my credit card and it took three days for the refund to hit my credit card. Firstly, if you don't have enough stocks, why would your website take the orders and take the money from my credit card? Secondly, if you don't have stocks, why don't you contact me directly to arrange a refund? It was me who called you to find out you don't have stocks. At the beginning, the sales person was saying you may not have enough in stocks. Later she changed her mind and said you have run out of stock and need to arrange a refund. On Tuesday after noticing they don't have stocks. I immediately ordered the masks from another supplier. They had the same issues that they have run out stock due to the high demand. Look at what the other supplier did. They sent me the email straight away on Wednesday about the issue to arrange a refund. I called them and explained the situation and they managed to contact their supplier to get me the masks because they have taken my payment online and they have the responsibility to help their customers. Do you know what customer service is? Do you know how to build your reputation? Please delete my account with you and I will never ever what to shop with you anymore. Do not give the rubbish excuses here? Ask yourself why other company can do to their customers but you kept upsetting your customers? I give one star only because I have to give one star to make a comment.

Have been getting medical supplies from Capes for over four years now and have always received friendly, helpful customer service especially from the girls at the front desk. They're always happy to help and if I can't find an item we need, they will either find a substitute or order a product in for us - no dramas! We highly recommend this business. Thanks Capes :)

AMAZING MEDICAL SUPPLIERS , PLEASE READ!! capes medical is by far the best medical suppliers in my personal opinion , due to the fact that I have ordered medical supplies , masks/gloves/p.p.e and more from other medical suppliers , and none of them could beat the great customer service , fast email response times , and quality products that capes medical are able to give , they are in general great to talk to about product inquiries , and any other questions you might have , they are very professional and give you full details about the product you are purchasing , they are friendly , and for a family run company are outstanding , another thing I had to put in was shipping time , when I ordered , I expected minimum a week to a week and a half for the product to arrive from Tauranga to Auckland , I looked at the tracking information the next morning and it was already on its way to our site , it took two and a half days to arrive , I was shocked at how minimal time it actually took. and they have a large variety of products, no matter what medical equipment you need they can supply it , and 99.9 % of the time , they have it at their warehouse , it doesn't need to be ordered in from other countries or anything. in my opinion , best medical suppliers in New Zealand , thank you capes medical :-)

One of the best places I've been to get medical supplies. Extremely helpful and friendly staff member went out of their way to help me get exactly what I was looking for. They also had no issues with my assortment of little things I wanted to buy, which was very greatly appreciated. Huge thanks and I will be back!
