★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found customer service very poor. Had my very bad experience with care manager on 24.06.2020 at around 3:10pm. Rude and very forceful. People have different Preferences as to how light or dark they want in their foundation colours. Disrespect customers and very rudely said "well these colours you chose will be too light for you but if thats what you want". And not all people know what neutral or warm or cool tones are like. as i said the previous colour that i was recommended was too yellow and dark, she looked at me so dumbly and said "yeah...because it s neutral...."
Dont want to go in there again. It was this old lady with glasses. Please if you get to see my post, have some respect to others and enjoy your job because i dont think you dont want to help anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service today for the second time in a row but with a different staff member. After recently arriving from Auckland and frequenting my local Life Pharmacy where every staff member was an absolute gem, I feel disappointed and belittled. The lady today with longer hair and glasses was very off hand re my enquiry about a Revlon foundation. Told me it wasn't for mature skin but looked great on younger skin. When I asked what she would recommend for me then, she simply wandered off to reapply her own lipstick. No service and no sale! Will I be back? Not sure to be honest!!!
