★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Efficient at the beggining. He identified the issue, drained down the cylinder and contacted an electrician did not take more than 45 minutes. He told me there would not be any plumbing charge because there was nothing he could do. Instead the company charged another hour for draining down and refill the cylinder, which I also helped with, and checking that there were no issues (which could have been done by the electrician) seems a bit too much. We were charged 2 hours plumbing, use of the company transport, and electrician. Formal complain done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We called and were told there was no one to come that day to inspect a suspected gas leak . I said that was fine and that we could wait till the next day when someone was available and they said they’d take the details down . We heard nothing for a week then got a random call asking if anyone had been out to see us , they hadn’t so they came out the next day . The technician was good and thorough but the customer service side was a bit average
