They messed up the day I was due to bring my car in and then told me it would take a month for a very simple panel beating job. I then went to my family mechanic and it took them only 3 days. Please do not take your car people

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just want to state the facts! My car was hit at the rear. I put my car in this store for repair through the insurance company AA, on October 12. The front desk staff told me that I could pick it up on October 16th, but no one called or e-mailed me. I called them on Monday, October 19th, and they told me that I could pick it up the car. When I drove the car home, I found that the panel next to the air conditioner had been damaged. I went to them the next day, and they wouldn't admit it! I e-mailed the insurance company, and to this day, no one replied to my result. Yesterday, there was something wrong with the back door of my car. The dashboard showed that the back door was not closed, but I tried many times and did close it. I went to them again today. It took them a short time to fix it. This is my experience in this company.

My latest one was reverse sensor wasn’t locked in correctly and came off the bumper.
Most annoying thing is no one ever pick up the ohone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great customer service experience with prompt communication. Body work came back looking great on my BMW! LOVED the curtesy car service! My only comment would be that the reverse sensors could not be wired back in (due to damage of sensor and no fault of Capital SMART) but I was none the wiser at the time and I did have to email to follow up. Once I emailed though, very prompt response by repairer and photos provided. I would definitely recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place was recommended by my insurance since it was close to me. They contacted me after I was booked in to confirm the booking. It was quick and easy to drop off my car. The people there were quite friendly and professional. They also had rentals available.
The problem was getting it back. I didn't hear anything back from them and was told by my insurance to contact them to arrange pick up. Pick up was aso quick and easy.
