β β β β β A time was booked to pickup a car to which I took the morning off work for so i would be home , no one turned up. I tried for over an hour to contact the company and finally received a response saying they had made a mistake no big deal just cost me a couple hours in wages, the pick up was then booked for the next day and I was told I would get a phone call that I must answer before the truck left Tauranga and a rough time that the truck would be at my houseβ¦ the phone call never came. I got a phone call from the truck driver that he was at my house loading the car on the truck , driver was a great bloke and waited while I shot home from work and made it a quick and easy process. Pretty average experience but truckie was great

β β β β β The person I dealt with on facebook was awesome to communicate with unlike some other companies! A time was booked in quickly, the driver turned up within the time that was given and a fair price was paid. Definitely the best car removals to contact to get rid off your car.
