★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took the car in Monday and was offered $500. Was told there were other businesses and to shop around and bring it back. Did exactly that, decided to run with the $500 offer. Phoned Wednesday morning to confirm, offer was verbally confirmed over the phone. Take the car in Wednesday afternoon and the guy denied all knowledge of us either from the phone call or the initial visit on the Monday. Offered a lower price or told us to leave. If I could give 0 stars I would - for the blatant rip off and for swearing at us in person. Rude and uncalled for.
