β β β β β My wife and I bought a used Swift from Caravan Connection when travelling the South Island for 6 months on a holiday from the UK. We had done a lot of research prior and felt really comfortable with Mandy and Geoff. They even helped us buy a tow vehicle. Much, much cheaper than renting a motorhome as we sold both for almost the same money when we flew back home. Having 30 years of owner experience of Swift caravans in England meant I knew they were a top quality product. Mandy and Geoff were both very knowledgeable about all aspects of caravans and caravanning, but also very friendly and not pushy when showing us around. They even shared a BBQ and brew with us on our 1st night in our new home. Although unlikely to be back in NZ any time soon to buy a 2nd, would definitely recommend. Thanks again!

β β β β β Very helpful company to deal with - I was new to caravanning and Amanda and her son took their time with me and helping me to understand how they work. I ended up buying a beautiful Coachman caravan and now my friend is buying one too...can't say enough good words about them.

β β β β β Bought my caravan from Amanda and her team - after visiting many places we were impressed with the range and standard of the caravans aswell as all the parts in the shop. They were very knowledgeable and didn't mind answering all my questions as a caravan beginner. Highly recommend you visit these people if you want a well priced caravan.

β β β β β My wife and myself were knew to the caravan experience. We found Amanda and her team quick and eager to help in all aspects of the deal. No questions were avoided or unanswered . After a short off road trip with our van we required a replacement van. Our dealings with caravan connections was so pleasurable that we didn't consider going to anyone else. In doing so they went out of their way to ensure we got the van we wanted and with a small deposit they held the van for us even though we know the van had several offers made on it at a higher price than we had offered. We would highly recommend this team if your looking to buy a Caravan without hassles or stress.

β β β β β Service was fabulous until we had the caravan and some things didn't work right so after service was totally unacceptable as they just didn't want to know and we have now had to pay another company to repair the heater and toilet valve. The entire wastewater valve dropped off on second drive so took it to a caravan place up where we were and he had to replace all the pipework which was broken and had been taped up with duck tape. This is a basic requirement that should of been checked and repaired prior to driving out of their lot. Won't be purchasing from them again. and definitely no offer was made to assist from Amanda
