β β β β β Unfortunately we had subsequent problems with several of the items we had Dave repair/install for us. The first water pump he installed was completely under spec and unsuitable. He was good about switching it for us but the replacement pump failed after just one year with minimal use of the van (maybe 3 weeks total). Not being able to shower or even wash your hands on a weeklong trip (twice) is not acceptable to us. Another caravan repair company advised that the pumps like he used usually fail quickly and better quality should be used. The grey water outlet was poorly installed the first time and came dislodged on our first trip. Even after Dave 'fixed' it, it protruded lower than the lowest point under the caravan and as a consequence first the valve lever got bent by contact with the ground making it virtually inoperable, and on our latest trip the mounting again failed and the whole fitting came off, and then the outlet snapped off. We won't take our van back to Dave for repairs as we want the job to be done once and not fail.
