★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The furniture is really good for the price, dont get me wrong but there is pretty much 0 customer service. Theres no indication on when anything will arrive unless you constantly chase them up. And then when there is tracking it never updates. Finally got an email a month and a bit later and it said it was ready for click and collect even though it was meant to be free shipping... Had to call them up for it to be delivered and then not everything got delivered. Was just easier to pick up the final piece when they receieved it than to be mucked around any longer.
Probably wouldnt buy here again considering you dont know when or if the product will show up. If you really want the ikea furniture range then it would be worth waiting for but be prepared to wait for months to get it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I received my ikea desk with chips on the desk top and on another piece used to assemble it. I emailed them to return it and have exchanged communication but their communication isn't too clear and tends to give misunderstandings which can be frustrating and leave you anxious with whether they will refund you or not. Customer service can definitely improve as they were not formal with their grammar in communication.
The process of returns did take place however it took around 2 weeks of communication. They failed to make it to the first scheduled pick up, and I waited in the morning for 4 hours. They did not reply to my email when I asked if they were coming. After wasting my time they texted me and arranged to reschedule.
They made it to the second scheduled pick up and after picking up the desk, they initiated the refund a week after even when they said they would initiate the refund in 24-36hours.
After a few days, they emailed me saying that I had to pay full price for the desk as I did not return a screw pack that came with it... I did not receive one and had no reason to keep it, then they apologised and said they made a mistake. This made me feel really frustrated as I had a long process with them trying to get a refund and get the desk returned and then they hit me with the ''you need to pay full price''.
I will not buy from idiya again, this was a disappointing experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were impressed with the service and the showroom/warehouse was worth visiting even if it's more like a warehouse. Many items offered online were assembled and available for viewing which gave us a good idea of dimension etc. The manager Suri was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Both items were easy to assemble and are great!

Delivery done via fleet of vans and trucks. It’s not a small operation and applauds for sheer number of products offered. Great quality superb prices and amazing number of choices. Branches in Pokeno in north island and Rolleston in South Island.
Appeared at 7 sharp on TV as well !!!

And the chairs is also quite good looking especially easy to be installed!! I recommend if you wanna get a beautiful chairs should choose them!!
