Amen made everything so simple and straightforward and relaxed, with no pressure or stress. I'm very happy with my new Honda, a bargain at the price, and I was given a generous trade-in also. I'm not from Christchurch so these lovely men did all the work over the phone and all I had to do was come in and sign paperwork. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've bought a car from this company about 2 months ago. As for now, my battery needs to be changed cause it is completely flat and I have drove less than 3500km since I got this car. I called the company because I was still within the 3 months of guarantee and they refused to pay to change the battery - claiming it wasn't cover by their warranty. I then called the Consumer Guarantee Act services and the lady I spoke to explained to me that they had to pay to change the battery since the car wasn't fit for purpose, it wasn't an acceptable quality, the delay between the sale and the beginning of issue was too short, for safety reasons and because they couldn't just decided to opt out of problems that needs to be fix with their warrant. I called them again and despite me explaining to them what the lady from Consumer Guarantee Act said, they still refuses to pay or fix the issue. They encouraged me to report them, which I did. Worse company ever. Highly not recommend.
** To reply to the owner comment - I went to the garages yesterday and they told me the battery hasn't been changes since the car was created, which is 9 years ago. So, no it wasn't on me and my habits of driving for two months.
The garage said he didn't even understand how it could have passed the WOF since it hasn't been taking care off properly. As for the price of the car, of course it will be cheaper than somewhere else where they actually do a good maintenance job. So be aware people, it will be cheap but if you have any issues after the sell (which will come soon probably), it will be on you.

He made things very easy and smooth when it came to organizing getting the car down to Dunedin. The car itself was in excellent condition and we're very happy with it. Would 100% recommend to anyone.
