It’s not even 3 months purchased my car. Don’t buy car from here. They don’t trustable people. Poor customer service. I am very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Special thanks to Daniel for going the extra mile with a warranty replacement external part. Replacement was taking a long time to enter New Zealand so Daniel used a part from their current stock in order to get me sorted earlier. Same day service with replacement. Much appreciated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the worst buying experience of my life with Daniel at Grande Motors. I was leaving town and only had a couple of days to go - he saw me coming and made the most of it. He lied and manipulated and blatantly cheated me and I have lost over $4000. The car was supposed to have 4 brand new tyres. It did not - the two back were brittle and perishing. He refused to change them as they passed a warrant. The car had a rattle in the front that I reported several times (have the evidence) which he refused to fix. 20 days after I had bought the car the TIE ROD END came off while I was driving at 100k's - that I survived was a miracle. When I bought the car I asked him to replace the stereo with a bluetooth stereo with Navigation. He offered me two prices $450 which had to be connected to the phone and one $650 which had navigation included. I took the $650 and paid for $650 but he put the cheap one in. No one could hear me when they called and the unit did not fit the dash properly. When I complained he blamed Protech Solutions. When I researched the model of stereo I found I could buy the same on Wish for around $70. To top it off - when I picked up the car they poured a bit of petrol in from a can - had to fill up just up the road. If you buy from them make sure you get everything checked and completed before you hand over the cash.
Re the response below. NOTHING was corrected until AFTER the tie-rod end came off. I have texts and messages to prove this. I lost $4600 on this purchase (including $1775 legal costs).

When we picked it up, it seemed even more groomed than when we first viewed it. Top marks for a pleasant and professionalism car-buying experience.

I paid 500 advance for a car and the car was not ready as promised when I went to collect it. I ended up in dispute tribunal to get the 500 $ advance back. (which costs 50 dollar application fee).
They had their own reasons for the issue which were mostly manipulated.
