★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a $5 burger meal combo and the 1 I got looked nothing close to the advertised picture, I couldn't even see the meat patty until I lifted the bread bun top , the burger was so small too, the size of the palm of my hand. Carl's JNr has deteriorated a lot. I won't be going back unfortunately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not what I was expecting for a cheat day. Definitely not the same burger as advertised. Paid for the Original Big Angus, but received this (see pic).
The drink was supposed to be coke zero, but it was anything else except coke. - somehow it kinda tasted like fanta, mixed to raspberry, mixed to lots of water? The drink was completely flat. Got a large combo, but there was very few fries. Anyway, any other fast food around the area would be better than this, which is disappointing because I love Carls Jr when served as advertised.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and new store. The food was good, except for the chips which were overdone and a bit soggy. The staff seemed to be more focussed on the drive through and took a while to get to the counter for walk in customers. On the outside, the carpark is a decent size and access into and out of the site is good.
All up it met my expectations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's my first time to grab a food in this branch and I had a bad experience. It's not a good excuse to serve a not so hot food just because it's almost a closing time. And the ones in the food box contained less crisscut fries. I hope yu do better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually not a bad burger place but today was my worst experience ever. Ordered the el Diablo and got a normal hamburger no spice or anything. And to top it off the customer service was terrible. Just took out money slammed the window gave our food kept staring at me then slammed the window again. Will not be going back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I very rarely go to CJ and if I do it's a rare treat, so I decided to treat myself to a large Hawaiian Big Chicken meal with the Lime shake and the Cheesy Bacon Criss Cuts.
The burger was to die for the Lime shake was stunning, however the criss cuts were a let down unfortunately. They weren't hot in fact I would say more luke warm, they were soft and not crunchy so I knew they weren't fresh which was disappointing because everything else was ?, otherwise I would have given 5 stars. Would I go back again? Yes I would but I would hope that the criss cuts would be hot and fresh. Service was quick and the staff were friendly, just that one fault.
