★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The other time I bought a frosty from this branch it was great. The time I went on the drove thru to get one tonight was abysmal.
It seems like the frosty had sat out for so long it was practically a puddle. What a waste of time, and money. Never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never had problems with food or service with any of the Wendy's stores. Until Now Wendy's Manukau sorry but shocking mixed up order and service. Pay $53 for what burnt onion rings as well. Not even busy I hear more complaints around the restaurant

Also, my meatless burger... Had bacon in it.. Come on?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse experience at Wendy's last night. Visited this place around 5pm on the 8th - went through the drive thru. Girl who served us on the soaker didn't talk to us until about 10 minutes, after eating my order, I was asked to repeat myself.. and then was asked to wait.. came back on the speaker and asked to repeat my order pls, so I did.. then asked again to repeat my order?!! Paid for my order of $96 something.. drove all the way home and all my burger combo orders were all wrong. By this time it was dark and cold, to take my kids out again to fix my order so I could'nt drive all the way back. Horrible experience ever at a drive thru.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ tasty burger but due to covid it took an hour to get it, not blaming the staff, the poor guys were so busy but just not enough of them. So recommend it normally, just not if you in a hurry to eat and they short staffed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I use to love this place. i still love the burgers but the service i got was gross! hair in wifes meal, my drink was watered down. they offered me another drink. i wanted a milk shake instead. told me there was nothing they could do, large drink cost $5.40 and milkshake is $5.60. i suggested hair nets for all around, hats r on but their hair isnt tidy. 1 of the workers serving the food was scratching her left hand, at second glance, it was actually a half opened scab wound. most of the workers i was talking to were indian. they where talking and laughing using their own language. Probably trying to say i put the hair myself, but i didnt. Reporting to work safe need tider hair styles hair nets mask gloves food handling and hygienically sound procedures
