Following his initial visit to measure for a quote, James was extremely helpful and quick to respond to queries. The removal of our old carpet and fitting of the new carpet was carried out efficiently and carefully by Ryan. We are extremely pleased with the excellent service we received.

In less than a week from talking to James our carpet was installed. Allan who layed our carpet, is super friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend these guy for any floor needs and will definitely be back when I finish the rest of the house. Love supporting local.

James came prepared with samples and different options available for our bedrooms that were cost effective but still gave a plush feel. He was knowledgeable and took the time to understand our needs and answer any questions that we had. Communication was excellent. The installers, Joel and Allan, were on time, had great workmanship and tidied up after themselves. Overall a great team that delivered outstanding service. I would highly recommend Carpetland!
