Rob informed me of preventative measures for longevity of my tyres. Even able to give me coffee recommendations! End of the day, I’m a happy customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had my old tyres replaced with four brand new tyres somewhere else and had my car brought to this place via a mechanic for a wheel alignment. Had it through twice but the same problem persisted. The third time I brought it back simply wanting to find out if they could do something more about it. Apparently the guy remembered the car and the work he did. When I said the car would go sideways when I had my hands off the steering wheel, he immediately told me off and said that wasnt the way I should drive. Oh man, I'm not a rookie and I had my hands off a second just to test your work and now you are telling me I should never drive like that. Pretty defensive isn't it? You missed the whole point man. He further added on it was the manufacturer's problem and if I wanted to complain complain to the manufacturer, even after I explained I previously had a perfect wheel alignment done after I swapped the old rear ones with the front ones. Okay I get it, you were basically saying that manufacturer's brand new cars have the same problem as mine. What I didn't get is you could have simply said hi sorry mate we've done our best and then I would just walk away. It's no biggie. This review would never be written should you know how to respect each of your customers., or respect them equally.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want to use this shop, You must take a photo of your wheels. You can not complain even if your wheels had bad scratches after tire changing. My wheel had very bad scratches all around after changed the tire at this shop. But I can not complain there is no avidence and He keep saying He didn't.
It was my first time tire change for this car.so I knew my wheel have no scratches like that bad.
