★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty rude phone manner from the woman working there. It was if it's an absolute privelage for me to take my car there and a complete nuisance for them to do the job (insurance job too!). A family member had the same experience also. Nah I think I'll take it to someone who wants my business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today we rang Car pro and spoke to Dave re a damaged backdoor handle. The door was jammed shut.
Dave suggested we bring the car in this afternoon. He dropped what he was doing despite being obviously very busy. The dealer who we had bought the car from new had past the buck as they claimed they could not fix it. Dave set to work to solve the problem which appeared to be caused by blatant vandalism. He worked for over half an hour and then said no charge.
We had been lead to believe that we had a fairly major problem on our hands. This was not the case it just took skill and the right knowledge by a very friendly obliging tradesman.

Please think about your customers and contact them before going into lockdown if you’re going to keep their car for 5 weeks. A quick call or email would do. Especially if you cant be reached during lockdown. Simple customer care and not too much to ask. Otherwise, thanks for sorting my car.

They had good protocols in place to deal with COVID. I am sure that the main reason was to protect their business. Very well done.
