★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff who greeted me on arrival was super friendly. Bed was nice and firm and the room was comfy. Bathroom was super spacious in the double room and the water pressure gets a 5/5 on its own! Very close proximity to the hospital (literally across the road) which was ideal as we stayed there the night before surgery

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and clean but rooms are hot, tried relaxing just after 8pm then owners decide to get out the leaf blower and slamming of rubbish bin lids, right outside our window then to top it off my daughter said she heard someone walking past her window around the back where it's pitch black at 11pm so best to have blinds pulled down all the way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very upset to know . How I was treated 16 @ Saturday night the reciptions was closed 20mins before closing time . Room was not suitable for us . So we decided not to take the room but we still got charged. Manager had a ugliest ? attitude . Returned my money we didn't stay in your room it's free cancellation ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This motel is HAUNTED we had the most horrific experience on the first night so we left and booked into another motel.
I would not recommend this motel at all !!!
The management will not refund our second night stay even tho we had to leave due to the circumstances.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never been so disgusted in my life! I have heard that they cancel guests stay with less than 2hrs notice "while" they are still in the room and have paid. This is not because the guest has done anything wrong...it's because they are double dipping! Is this how the motel industry is theses days...or is it just this motel?
I will never refer any friends, family or colleges to this motel again. What an embarrassment it was for me to refer my friends and business associates.

Brilliant rooms, super clean, huge praise to the room attendants, those girls work hard.
The room service food is beautiful, and a good choice.
Convinent to hospital and city.
Highly recommend you come and stray here.
