β β β β β Very friendly staff over the phone, able to help and bubbly and chatty. sadly the same is not encountered when actually turning up. Very disappointing that customer service was not consistent, and as per other reviews staff ignore you while they just have fun amongst themselves. I feel there are some great people at this branch but some let it down.

β β β β β I was very happy to see Carters Mangawhai welcoming customers with mask exemptions. Well done for not discriminating, and operating in a caring and friendly way.
The same could not be said for ITM in Mangawhai who are blatantly discriminating against those with medical conditions.
At least we have one local hardware store who operates ethically and lawfully. Thank-you Carters.
