★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been around the world to so many different hardware stores and this is the best, staff are so friendly and helpful, the plants are always so lush and well looked after with such a wonderful choice to choose from. I enjoy my visit each time I come back to Warkworth. The Cafe is also worth the trip just for lunch the best!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When purchasing kitset products double check tickets match the product. Had an issue with a 75 litre wheel barrow...shelf ticket advertised one price but scan code identified another. Staff are helpful in locating product and over all experience was good..Be aware that mask wearing at back end of store does get hot as there is no air conditioning.Having said that staff are very helpful and are always there to check product and explain...

With his patience and understanding with my friend. Was outstanding ! Huge thanks to him.
