★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to a guy there i had a speaker and a phone and a skateboard tvey gave me 10 it was a small onr i was fine with that but they said they'd give me 25 for the phone and 5 for the speaker that was fine i went in there today he said he never said he would give me 20 but he said id get 10 for both and they not worth 10 so POOR SERVICE AND UTTER LIARS

* Staff on the shop floor are friendly and always open to helping
Cons:
* Management is completely incompetent. They don't know the basics of the Consumer Guarantees act and will argue with customers.
* Stock is overpriced. Many items are close to new price.
* Stock isn't checked properly. I've had to return about half of the items I've bought there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had my loan refused after waiting 5 days all the assessments said good to go and had to contact multiple times to find out status of loan. I have paid many loans back on time.no worries and now have had a birthday ruined! Please dont waste your te with a 50% intrest loan from here. Absolutely disgusting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No issues at all. (And just want to mention that any review someone posts about cash converters not giving them a loan and then CC getting bad reviews is B/S. You're declined because you have no or bad credit, don't blame the business that says no....blame yourself for no/bad credit...even if in your mind you could pay it back)
