★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience they not reliable at all I ordered a cake to be picked up on 23rd July paid 400 deposit and due to some reason got a bit late to pick the cake up and they even don’t called before closing the shop and next day early morning I get a call to pick my cake up and when I asked them y there was no call from your shop yesterday and they said we don’t call any one as a reminder to pick the cake up we only give reminder calls on Saturday and no other day that was funny where I lost my 400 dollars and these guys were not even sorry enough but just hanged up the phone on me.
I hope each and every customer can understand having a birthday party without a cake.
If I have a shop or anyone and there is a booking for a thing where the customer have to come and pick up his stuff I will surely call my customer before closing my shop to remind him that we waiting for his stuff to be collected.
I hope you can understand what am trying to say and won’t recommend any one to go there as we have many other shop in town better then them with good customer service it’s not said to loose 400 dollars but a hassle of running around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rae and her team made my sons 21st birthday cake. From start to finish they were easy to deal with and did exactly what I asked of them. The cake looked fantastic and tasted sooooo good. It was so light and tasty. I would highly recommend them and will definitely be purchasing all future cakes from them. Thank you all so much, Dianne.

Rae took on all my suggestions and produced an awesome delicious graduation cake for my brother. Everyone raved on about the cake and I would highly recommend using them. Unfortunately when we went back last week for a 60th birthday cake we were so disappointed at how it was done. It looked like a child’s birthday cake. So disappointed the look was cheap. Very different from what was shown to us. The reason why we decided to order from you. But we didn’t taste the flavours we ordered and the whole cake was a waste of money.
If you want peoples money then please made cakes that’s worth the money people paid for not rubbish

Rae & her team have been fabulous to deal with ~ we had to postpone the final pickup date due to unforeseen circumstances for six weeks & they were very understanding & accomodating.
The party is a day away so we haven’t tasted it yet, but l’m certain it’ll be delicious if all the great reviews are an indication. Thanks so much Celebration Cakes ?
P.S. Yes, the white chocolate cake with ganache filling was delicious ?

This cake was for my nephews 1st birthday and of course he loved it so much from the taste too the design. Thank you so much Rae and the team for making it possible use are awesome ! ???
