★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT deal with this guy Masuk Ali.
He doesn't have an eftpos machine so you normally pay with cash. He comes up with all sorts of excuses for not giving receipts saying computer is down, out of paper, or he says I will give receipt next time you come in. When you do go back for the reciept, he says he is busy and come back another day. When you are working, its very hard to keep going back and forth for a receipt so after a while you just forget about it until the same problem you had fixed goes bad again.
We had a left hand CV joint fixed 6 months ago that crapped out again so we went back to him but he kept saying he was busy so we had to pay $200 to get it fixed elsewhere and also a few months ago he fixed the top mount for the right front strut.
When we got the car back, it was still making noises so we took it back to him not once, but 4 times and he still couldn't fix it.
When we finally had had enough, we took it elsewhere to only be told that they have put an incorrect part on.
I don't understand how such a**holes can be in business and also think that its ok to play with peoples life's by fixing their car with incorrect parts that could have been catastrophic on the roads, especially the motorways.

I was referred to this guy from another mechanic and before I advised him the diagnostic report, he immediately advised my car will cost "$1500" to fix as they had another similar situation. Then telling him the first issue on the report (with others to follow), he then says it will cost me $1900... I then ask is it normal for him to give me a quote without seeing my car first? He then tells me to bring in my car and then hangs up! SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!! I'm glad I called first after reading all the reviews, and validated he's just after your $$$.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Couldn’t fault him. We were rear ended a d referred to him by the person who drove into us. Ali was kind enough to repair the car over the weekend and did some other work at the same time for a very reasonable price. The end result was good.
