★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my car months ago in a vehicle Compliance center governed by the VTNZ to the "Vehicle Compliance Doctor" 50 Saleyards Road, Ōtāhuhu, Auckland. When I took the car in to get complied the only fault was the Airbag light which has been fixed. I had taken my car to two mechanics before I brought it to the compliance center, and both can verify via scans that this was the only issue. As such, months later I finally get my car back complied after spending over $5k on it. But when I got into the car I realised there was a new fault light on. Suspension failure. As such, I asked Billy the owner what this is? He said not to worry about it (I have this is a text trail) I drove the car that weekend and realised there was zero suspension in the car. It was unsafe. Billy had not only given it a warrant, he had complied it. I then took it to my mechanic and he said it should definitely not have been warranted or complied. When I went back to Billy he has refused to tell me when he can fix it. He told me to pick the car up and see him in court. This is a Compliance center? He should not be allowed to do this? I have no other avenue than to make a serious complaint here. My car still has no suspension and I have to go get it fixed elsewhere since it was caused while they were fixing the under carriage on my car. I have proof to back up my claims. This is a company that is licenced by VTNZ and they are breaking the law. I just want my car complied and legal as I paid for. Worst service I have ever gotten.
