★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to Central Fitness for over a year now. The owners and other members are always friendly which makes for a great environment. The PT's are extremely knowledgeable, highly motivated, and awesome people. I started out doing the PBKB class with Will. It was an awesome class to get my fitness back up scratch. Will also offers other classes (Barbell 102) which have taken my lifting skills to the next level with PB's across the board. I've never been in a gym with a better vibe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome gym, has every equipment you'd ever need, punching bag included. The staff is as friendly as can be, very helpful with membership questions and cancellations as well. If I was to live in cromwell forever, I'd be going to that gym until the very day that I'd die. 5 stars for me no questions asked, I'd give a 6th if possible. German quality standards and expectations not only met, but even exceeded.
