Bootcamps are fun and provide great fun and achievements! Personal training has got me where I want to be whilst being safe and supportive through pregnancy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ladies at this fantastic gym are simply amazing! They have a huge amount of knowledge and have created such a stunning space. There is a huge sense of community and connection fostered by both Carla and Carolyn. Such an amazing gym would highly recommend if in Queenstown : )

Lots of new equipments to choose from, it is clean, beautiful view of the Remarkables and friendly staff ❤️ you hardly come across staff member say hi and remember your name ?. I always feel a positive vibe everytime I come in here and I’ve never been so motivated to workout and get best results. One thing I can suggest though is… I’d love to see a stairmaster one day ??. Keep up the great work to Carla and team! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I highly recommend TRU Women’s Gym, it’s a great place to train and work out without feeling like you are being judged. The staff feel more like friends and they host some great work classes to help achieve your fitness goals.
Ladies if you’re not a member, you’re missing out!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As an avid gym goer for my entire adult life I really wanted to make a change to a more comfortable women’s only environment without compromising on gear availability and equipment. I’ve been really happy with my experience at this gym especially with recent gym upgrades to include new equipment and classes. The staff are really kind and welcoming and everyone is so considerate of eachother here. Highly recommend.

The staff here is incredibly friendly and extremely qualified. The community they have built is incredible, and it is such a joy working out here. Definitely recommend and encourage everyone to try it out.
