★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a car brought in from the USA - CFR Line destroyed the hood strut by forcing the hood closed instead of simply unhinging it. Mistakes happen, however, they refused to pay for it even though I provided direct photographic evidence of the damage. They were in contact via email stating that they will deposit the money, but, this never eventuated, despite multiple calls and promises.
