★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst delivery company ever. They lied to us that they had attempted delivery. We called multiple times to confirm and each time they would tell us they will deliver by tomorrow this happened about 4 times. Your services is horrible, nothing straight about your company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Straitnz cleared their last Google reviews because they were so bad obviously with a view to trying now to do the best by their clients, finally! Well we have a daily pickup at 1430 and on ringing today to enquire as to why the truck hadnt turned up I was advised that he would'nt be here until after 4.30, we close at 4 pm, which they are fully aware of. When I suggested that wasnt acceptable I was informed by Adrian Chand to find another company. That's the good old attitude and service we are used to, lets see how you go with the reviews moving forward StraitNZ.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Late deliveries, damaged pallets, no pickups when booked in advance, no call to update us on missed deliveries or status of shipment. Raj the owner driver was useless under STREAMLINE now same story for STRAIT. Comes with his grizzly little negative attitude and tries to boss you around with his 4 foot stature. Only picks up large pallets to maximise his volume, wont pick up small pallets. He will come hours before the booked time to see what you have and if its 1 or 2 pallets he'll prioritize his larger pickups and lie to you that he'll be back but he never shows up. Im on my 3rd day of waiting for you Raj. USELESS. STRAIT MUD

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sitting in my office at 8pm waiting for the truck that their customer service person told me at 5.20pm they would send because the original truck that was supposed to pick up my pallet of goods was not responding to their attempts to contact the driver. This is a consignment I booked yesterday afternoon for pick up today, phoned them at 3.20pm, 4.20pm and 5.20m to advise it had still not been picked up and when asked what time we close I told them I would wait here until they came to pick up the pallet because it had to be in Palmerston North tomorrow....I phoned and left a message at 7pm that I am still waiting and now at 8pm I'm sure they are all sat at home having a little chuckle at how long they think I will wait for their truck to turn up..... Can anyone recommend a reliable freight company for national freight?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse Freight Forwarding Company Ever. They received our goods 22.12.21, it showed it is being delivered 24.12.21 in the morning, then the dumb courier took it back to the depot. Those were peoples Xmas presents. They had no explanation & couldn't get ahold of the driver. It is 30.12.21 & we still have not received the goods. It has been hot and the goods are perishable so it would have done some damage sitting in a hot warehouse for the last 9 days. Every time I call, they have no answer for why there dumb driver never delivers. 29.12.21 it was packed for delivery and guess what? It still hasn't arrived. So I guess today, they think telling me over the phone that it has been packed for delivery is ok. I know its the holidays but mate, you are paid for this service. If you cannot deliver, pay up. My poor customers missed out on Xmas presents because you people are mucking everyone around. USELESS!!! IF ANYONE IS LOOKING FOR FREIGHT SERVICES, DONT USE THESE GUYS!
