Asked girl at service desk, to check my oil. With a surprised look on her face. " YOU WANT ME TO CHECK YOUR OIL!?. YES, I SAID.
She went to my car with hood up and gazed in. She had no idea where to look, asked ME if I had a tissue. I said "No thats your job.
On checking the dipstick(you know which one I mean), she said "I don't know how much oil you need".
I guessed for her, she gets the oil and then said." I might spill it". "Have you got a funnel" I said. No, she said.
You do it and then walked away.
Obviously I won't be back with poor service like that.
